We need Bilingual English and French speaking qualified marketing professional, preferably MBA with 5 - 6 years relevant experience in Marketing and Sales. The selected person should be conceptually clear, creative and with an ability to roll up sleeves and work in the market. This job involves both marketing as well as sales functions and will be to initiate contacts in Targeted Francophone African countries like Rwanda, Burundi, Eastern Congo, Madagascar, Mauritius Commores Island and Seychelles. Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written is a must.
Medical Representatives – Francophone East Africa (Age 25 - 35) – 3 Posts
We need Bilingual English and French speaking Medical Representatives, graduate in Marketing with 2 - 3 years relevant experience. The selected person should be conceptually clear with Sales Management, Outstandings / Receivables, New Products / Advertising, Marketing Intelligence and Public Relation and Customer Relation. This person will be trained for couple of months in Dar es Salaam and will be located in Rwanda, Burundi and Eastern Congo. Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written is a must.

We need qualified personnel, Graduate in Electrical Engineering with 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing industries and has exposure on PLC’s. The selected person will be responsible for Machine Installations, Preventive Maintenance (Electrical and Electronic parts), Breakdown Maintenance (Electrical and Electronic parts), Formation of Maintenance report, Prepare Inputs for Maintenance Budget and Training of Junior Staff.
Boiler Operator – (Age 25 - 35) – 1 Post
We need FTC/Trade test GR-1, qualified personnel from Government recognized Technical Institute with 3 – 4 years relevant experience in boiler operation. The selected person will be responsible for Machine Operations, Maintenance, Optimizing Productivity, Quality and Ensuring GMP Standards.
Institutional Sales Manager (Age 30 - 45) – 1 Post (Head Quarters – DSM)
We need qualified personnel in Institutional Sales, Graduate with 4 -5 years relevant experience in reputed FMCG organizations and who are looking for challenging assignment are likely to be our choice.
